I'm Nikko Kassa, a hands-on IT support specialist based in Salida, CA. I fix, build, and tune PCs onsite and remotely.
My Story
My journey took an unexpected turn in July 2021 when I was diagnosed with epilepsy after my first seizure. Life changed quickly, and I needed a career path that allowed me to work remotely while still pursuing my passion for computers and gaming technology. That moment led to the creation of Kassa Technical Solutions.
What started as helping friends and local users with computer issues grew into a technical support business serving 15+ clients, including gamers, Twitch streamers, and everyday users who need reliable help fast.
What I Do
- Diagnose and fix broken PCs and monitors, onsite and remotely
- Build custom PCs, from assembling the hardware to installing Windows and drivers
- Overclock RAM and GPUs and tune Windows and game settings for higher, smoother FPS
- Install and configure OBS streaming setups for Twitch streamers
- Remove viruses and malware and keep systems updated
My Mission
Living with epilepsy taught me patience, adaptability, and persistence. Those same values shape how I work today. My goal is simple: provide dependable, stress-free technical support so you can get back to gaming, working, or streaming without the frustration.
